I've been trying to get more into skincare, so I bought this Foam Cleanser as a way to experiment. I have very flaky skin, so my ultimate goal is to make sure my skin appears exfoliated and smooth. Using the Cleanser before or after exfoliation did not work well on my skin: it didn't make it feel smooth, and often there would still be a general flakiness. But I've finally found a better method: the best approach for me was to wash my face with the Foam Cleanser, dry my face, and then pat on some CeraVe moisturizer. It made my skin feel so much smoother. Now I cleanse on certain days, and exfoliate on others, never using both together during skincare.
